My 2017 Best and Worst Reads!

Woah, it’s 2018 already?! I had a pretty good year for reading in 2017, but also read a book that I absolutely detested to the point that I immediately turfed it out of my house because looking at it made me angry!

Have you ever felt that way about a book?! Anyway, without further ado, let’s dive into the time capsule of my 2017 best and worst reads!

Omg, this post is amazing! How did you do all those graphics?! You have mad skills, woman! Wait…are you still human?! Anyway, I agree with you re. When Breath Becomes Air, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, Night of Cake and Puppets, Death Note (the first part), Shades of Magic, Locke Lamora, The Dream Thieves, One of Us is Lying, and A Court of Thorns and Roses (to a certain degree). I admit that I DNF-ed Eleanor Oliphant because I couldn’t get into it, but I MIGHT give it another go someday when I am near the bottom of my TBR, which isn’t as intimidating as people think. 😀

Jewel, stahp! You’re making me blush!! I just used a design website/programme thingy! Thanks so much! Oooh, good choices, good choices! Yeah, I actually really enjoyed Eleanor Oliphant – it was an unexpected new fave! Haha, well, speak for yourself – I’m nowhere NEAR the bottom of my TBR!

Wow, your genres were so evenly split. oO

I said this on your last post I think, but I really love your graphics! How do you make them? Graphics/formatting are the reasons I co-blog instead of having my own. 😂

Luckiest Girl Alive sounds absolutely terrible!

I really hope I read Six Wakes this year. I can’t remember if I already told you, but I gave it to Sebastian for Christmas.

Here are my favorites and least favorites: http://buecher-monster.de/2018/01/03/roundup-maraias-end-of-year-book-survey/ 😊

Haha, they weren’t really – I just had to be stern with myself when I couldn’t work out how to make more look nice on a page!! Thanks a lot! I used a website design site thingy – I could show you some time if you want!
Uggh, I hated it! It was just trying so hard to be this new Gone Girl style book, but it was as if SJM had written it instead of Gillian Flynn! Just crude in places, and I hated every. Single. Character! It made me so angry reading it! None of them were likeable at all, or even relatable, so I just didn’t care if she got justice or not!
Ooh, no, you didn’t tell me! Let me know what you think! I really enjoyed it, and it was an interesting format too!
      I’ll check that out! 😀
